and then just after christmas we scored another 280zx, this one is an 83 turbo with digital dash

when it was puchased in alabama :

and now after we threw some custom suspension work underneath and some 255/60/15 mickey thompsons out back...

oh and while I'm building my personal 82 280zx (see the brown and orange piece from my newbies post) i scored a great deal on a daily driver... 1996 collector edidtion lt1/auto

lots of work to be done! including the procurement of a warehouse sometime in the next few weeks, exciting times!

both the vettes sure look nice!
I looked for a ZR1 at a decent price for several years before I gave up and bought a 1996 LT1, and while I'm glad I bought that car, when I had the cash and opportunity to do so, i sure wish Id found the ZR1
IF YOU CAN,T SMOKE THE TIRES AT WILL,FROM A 60 MPH ROLLING START YOUR ENGINE NEEDS MORE WORK!!"!
IF YOU CAN , YOU NEED BETTER TIRES AND YOUR SUSPENSION NEEDS MORE WORK!!

dorian, between my buddies and i, i think weve had about 50 z's all 1970-83 (i dont count 300/350/370)

however if youre used to driving an early z car and you sit in a 350z youll feel right at home, the seat position is the same, the controls are ALL in the same place, predictably drives the same when your pushing the limit of the tires. great cars, love em
