Cool. It works! Thanks Randy

I just tried it on El Camino Central.

Works there also.

Echoing others, my impression of this site is highly favorable. This is my #1 internet resource to study and to download material about Chevy engines.

Increasing site traffic is not necessarily desirable by itself. A small, tightly-knit group of mutually friendly enthusiasts may be better than a larger but anonymous group with more complex and more irritating internet dynamics. Still, a larger group brings "new blood" and more ideas.

So if increased size/visibility really is more desirable, here is my recommendation.... What tends to limit "street appeal" is the fact that the site was authored, built, populated with content and managed overwhelmingly by one person (Grumpy, of course). That's a great approach to building a sort of online library where one person shares his resources and others visit to download things, to post occasional questions and maybe to chat about the topic of the day. But if broader appeal is the goal, then perhaps the site should be rendered more anonymous; maybe rename it to something like "Automotive performance den", to hide Grumpy's influence further into the background; maybe add more administrators. In sum, give the site a more "public" feel. But, I reiterate, higher popularity or larger membership count are not necessarily the most desirable goals.

I like the name grumpy, I can relate to it and feel right at home..

I like this site cause there is a wide range of knowledge and not one platform of car specific.

Whats my impression of this site? Well, other than making new friends and those friends loving cars, engines, beer and girls like I do, its great! There is not a question i ask I don't get a good answer to, sometimes it may not be the answer I want, but its the correct answer for my topic. I made a new friend in Indycars(Rick) in OKC, who not only loves cars and racing like I do but the fella is very talented, skillful, and does the job right. Just following his posts I learn new things on mostly a daily basis.

Fantastic! Accurate information, Paul is a human search engine, so - I don't understand why there isn't 10 times the traffic! We need more ACTIVE members, but on the other hand I could stay happy just the way it is now - you guys never let me down. I'm going to throw a few bucks to the site's maintenance again as Paul just saved me a towing bill yesterday, thanks again!

Grumpy has the very best car forum going.
I like the small group.
More members will come on board in time.

I would propose the best way to support the forum financially is to donate a
set amount, that you are comfortable with, EVERY MONTH.

I wish there was a way to make it automatic and be taken from my Paypal
or credit card every month.

You can have a debit payment requested by the account holder, the amount you stipulate comes from your checking account. Most banks and credit unions have this service and don't even charge a fee. This is the only forum I donate to and sometimes I'll feel more generous then others, so I'll keep my donations random.
Back in 2005 I made a "Life Time Member" contribution to CorvetteForum. com and 2 days later I was banned and removed because some clown chose to tail me on my posts and push my buttons for a response, then he became a moderator and removed me (taught me a lesson!).

I dislike that place too. Corvetteforum.
I was on their every night for 2 years helping everyone.
Tailed like you were too. Banned. Still have a few friends there.
When I get some extra $, donate too.
I have Grumpys ,C4 Corvette Dana 60. Build it for him.

Semi floating axles.
Told me not to buy it, but purchased it for him anyhow.
He is a good friend to all.
Takes care of us.
Have to take care of Grumpy and this Forum we all love and use.
